The Rules Committee has issued an addendum to the USA Climbing Rulebook (12/2/2013). This Addendum can be found on page 54 of the USA Climbing Rulebook The Rules Committee has issued an addendum to the USA Climbing Rulebook (12/2/2013). This Addendum can be found on page 54 of the USA Climbing Rulebook which will be in effect for the upcoming American Bouldering Series 15 Youth Regional Championships. Competitors, Coaches, Parents, Regional Coordinators and host facilities are advised to carefully review all USA Climbing Rules prior to the upcoming championship season.
