Beat the Heat is Sportrock's annual Member appreciation event and bouldering competition. The day is filled with free food, music, vendors, giveaways, challenges and a bouldering competition set by our nationally recognized setting team. This is their10th year hosting this popular event and it is sure to be the best!

FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You will need to present your ID to verify you are the ticket holder and to receive a "21 & Over" wrist band. The minimum age to participate in the bouldering competition is 6, but all ages are welcome at the event.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is always tight for this event. If you have the ability to metro, bike, carpool or ride a unicorn - these are your best options. Parking is available in our lot, as well as the buildings to our left and right.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, if you need to change the division you have selected for the competition you can do so up until the day of the event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed or via smart phone, either works.
